Your property is available for letting.

 

Who can manage the valuable source of income and ensure your asset is protected?

You need someone to:

• Collect and return guests to the airport

• Organise car hire or make sure your car is fit to drive

• Provide a welcome pack

• Clean the property at agreed intervals

• Maintain the garden and pool

• Carry out inventory checks

• Sort out any problems associated with the property e.g breakdowns/damage

 

MAINTENANCE AND MINOR SERVICE WORKS

Your property needs to be maintained and improvements made but you would prefer to carry out the work outside of holiday periods.

• You need someone to: Repaint the external/internal walls

• Have some electrical appliances serviced/repaired

• Repair some damaged tiling

• Change some light sockets

• Construct a small garden wall and create a patio

•   Have the septic tank emptied
