Details: This stone village house stands by the spring which supplies fresh spring drinking water.  The house is elevated from the road and consists of two buildings and a plot of land.  The main house is entered via the large front terrace (big enough for table and chairs/barbeque area) and has 4 rooms plus a basic shower/w.c. Original fire place inside. Water and electricity connected, although plumbing and wiring are old and would need replacing.  The outbuildings consist of 2 ruined rooms with a small earth terrace and would convert into a beautiful extra 1 bedroom house with separate entrance.
The land of approximately 500 m2 is situated opposite the house, separated by the road, and currently has 15 olive trees but can be built upon as it lies within the village plan. Up to 400 m2 can be built on the plot. This plot can be a garden, developed into extra houses for rental or sale, or re-sold ‘as it stands’ for profit.
